Much like the 09 F-150, I don't like the front end on this new Dodge. Other than that I'd say it's a pretty impressive looking truck.

They look like a charger with a truck box. I don't know how they resemble a ford other than they have 4 tires. I saw a front view and they look more like the new tundra. The bed rail storage would make it difficult to put siderails, bedcaps, toppers or tonneu covers on the bed. I would rather have a 1970 elcamino. They have big engines and coil spring suspension too. I am not a dodge fan. I had a few dodge cars and they were junk, too many headaches with the trannys. Will be putting a dodge dynasty in a demolition derby this year because their is no better use for it.

Dont care for the look, but gotta be impressed with thier power, the 4.7 makes 310hp and I think they are overhead cam motors (the 4.7, not the 5.7 I know thats pushrod). There is no reason ford cant deliver a 5.4 3v with 350 hp and 400 ft lb tq. I am a diehard ford truck man, but ford dose not seem to care that they are always playing catch up in the power department.

i understand where you're going with that, but i don't like the idea of paying for a HD version to get that power when can get a ram with 380 for alot less. but i digress cause i ain't buying either p.s. can i borrow some money for a supercharger?

Sure, lemme just get my checkbook out....

I was just showing that Ford is more than capable of producing engines with more than enough power. Hopefully they will come around and start putting them in the "regular" F150's!

we know they're plenty capable, i just want to see it. maybe a factory supercharger in the bare bones truck. that would be great, an XL with plain steel rims blowing by an unsuspecting victim.
