Just a quick thought, Have you seen the carfax on the truck? if not, I would absolutely spend the money on getting it or have the dealer supply it just to verify the history.

Could work in your favor!

FWIW, my wife's truck, a 2010 Lariat, had "kissed a deer". The grill, bumper, and drivers side headlight was damaged, I was not only told about the damage, BUT, I was given the information in writing.

Salesman said, "I am disclosing this to you according to law". AND, I had to sign the paper saying that I had been told !!!!

Did they give that information to you in writing?? I hope so !!!!!!!!

I have a car fax on it, it is crystal clear, as in just original sale and registration then showing it was certified and put up for sale.
Oregon is definitely not a state that requires disclosure of accidents.
So a good friend and I went over it with a fine tooth comb and this is what we found.
I am 90% sure the driver door is NOT original, reasons: the alignment is off it is actually rubbing on the bottom corner against the truck, all the brackets have been cracked as in the factory paint and bolts show wrench/socket marks, no data plates.
I am 100% sure the front fender was removed but it is 50-50 if its original, I don't know if they can just do a outer fender or the whole thing, but its alignment is off.

I need to figure out how to post some pics and let you guys be the judge.

But at this point after another night of lost sleep from being frustrated with my interaction yesterday. I am at wits end, I don't want it anymore, even if they fix it and reduce the price it will be forever known that my truck was a pain in my *** and I got duped by a stereo typical used car dealership that sells new Fords

I didn't see a comment, but did you look the truck over before you took delivery of it? Sounds like a lot of this was very visible.

Use social media (FB). Light them up on there if they don't make it right. I've had to go this route a couple times with big companies, and both times I had a phone call that day, and replacement products within a couple days.

Bcmf150, In my original post I admit I did not look it over as well as I should have, reason being I was assuming the truck was to ford's CPO standard.

B2e, I am not going to smear them until we (the dealer and I) have gone to every measure to make this right.

Many states allow you 3 days to void a contract. How long ago did you buy it? Otherwise, maybe the dealership will wet sand and buff the sag for you.

IMHO, your primary recourse lies in the CPO contract. I'm not sure what the terms are, but that's a Ford standard. I don't know if that can change according to state law.

I'm going to be brutally honest here. CPO has 172 checks you said? Well that's what the deal checks. I'm sure they have whoever is low man on the pole just checking off boxes. Once they hit that last check they are done. They don't do 173. Really the only thing CPO gives you is an extended warranty. And it's not free, you pay for it. I had a dealer willing to take off $2000 and remove the CPO.

It's unfortunate that your state does not have declaration of damage. And Carfax is kind of a joke. Not every shop reports to it. In fact pretty much only dealers will report because I think they get cheaper rates if they do and so many people are fouled by Carfax reports it's a good selling tool.

What it comes down to, is yourself. It's your duty to inspect, inspect, inspect. The dealer isn't your friend. If they have a sheet of paper (carfax) that says no accident, that's what they will push. It's a joke that everyone says to lawyer up when in the end its kind of your own fault. I think you know that too. Probably dons't help that you realized after the fact that you could have gotten new for maybe a bit more?

It sounds like the dealer is trying to make things right by repairing it for you. Really I don't think you can ask for anything more. Just cause it was in an accident doesn't mean it's a bad truck. Would you have not bought it if you knew it had been repaired properly? If it's repaired properly in the end why would you automatically want to dump it.

My advise is to let the dealer fix it and enjoy your truck.
