Well, got my fuel pump snafu worked out. Picking those up tomorrow, putting them in within a day or two. Then bedliner goes in right after. Getting a gatorliner i believe. What i was told was its the same texture and formula as linex, but a little cheaper, my truck bed doesnt get abused so i think ill be okay. But had a great idea, if i could get it to work, glue a ford logo on the bed with indintations and put bedliner on top of it so it says ford like a drop in would, i dont know what id make it out of though and if it could potentially come loose and ruin the bedliner, id probably put it on the inner sides above the wheel wells if i do. So tell me what you think of that. And do you guys think i should spray my toolbox as well??? The aluminum is really hard to keep shined anymore and looks like crap i think. So i fiured id just spray it as well. Do you think it would get to hot and sticky down here in florida??? I would probably take the handles out and eiher get em powdercoated or paint em black with some durable paint. And i wouldnt paint the inside.

Id paint your box or have it powdercoated if you are unhappy with it.
As far as the logo if you secure it good enough I don't see why it wouldn't work. You'd have to make it very pronounced for it to stick out though.

I got ya. I might do that, but powder coat is gonna be expensive on that thing. And im gonna bedline the rocker panels so it might look like im obsessed with the stuff if the toolbox is done that way.

RE: tool box painting.
A buddy and I did his tool box last march. Didn't even clean it, just primer and paint, and it's just starting to chip now. We used self etching primer and gloss black spray paint, taped off the handles and just sprayed. Thing looks really good! And it's not like touch ups are hard to make. We're farther south in florida than you are too, the weather isn't a problem
