Looking for wiring guys - wiring sub to Pioneer H/U
I have the pioneer 4100DVD H/U, i've had it for a few weeks, but never wired in the factory sub. I didn't have the connecter to wire it. Well today I got the audiophile connecter that receives the stock wiring plug and converts it to the Red and White plugs to plug in to the H/U. There are also two blue wires coming off the back of the connector. I just plugged everything up, other than the two blue wires, and the sub is still not firing. I have it turned on and up through the H/U, but it's still not firing. Does anybody know if these two blue wires are necessary and if so where they go??

They should be amp turn on for aftermarket amps... I did not realize anyone had an adapter to work for the sony nav units yet...
Maybe tell the part number you recieved I can or someone else can be of more help...

So looking at this, do I just need to cut the Dark/Green/Violet wire and wire one or both of the wires to that??
Dark/green/Violet- sub amp enable
Black/orange - ground
Violet/light blue - voltage supplies at all times (overload protected)
Brown/orange - subwoofer signal +
Red/Black - subwoofer signal -
Black - shield

The two blue wires are the ones i'm referring to, I'm not sure what if anything to connect them to. They say AMP TURN-ON. This was an extra one the install guy had so I don't have any of the supplied directions etc..
