#3 If you tow a lot and do it regularly get the 250
I went from a 04 F-250 gas scab 4x4 into my 16 F150 scab 5.0 4x4 and absolutely love it.
130 more HP and 1700lbs lighter

Is that John Kennedy Ford on Street road? If so, that guy usually has a gazillion F-150`s at his various lots for you to look at other than just these two vehicles. I hear they are not bad to deal with either. Good luck with your decision.
