Question for a new forum guy
I see just about everybody that posts what year and model truck they have I always see something like 502A or 803A etc... What does this mean?? All I know is I have a 2013 F150 Limited Edition 3.5L Ecoboost SCrew. So what numbers should mine have after that????

Those numbers are option packages. Higher number usually means more bells and whistles.

It would be on the original window sticker.

Not to my knowledge, and it's an equipment group package. not optional equipment. My XLT is 302A.

It's basically mostly meaningless. While 302A designates the package I got, it doesn't tell you the options as noted. 302A in 2013 included power driver seat, power pedals, trailer brake controller and a bunch of other stuff. Options that I got that aren't in that package include the V8, e-locker, 36 gallon fuel tank, tailgate step, bucket seats. So it's only part of the story. Not that anyone cares

You can browse the brochure and see what options you have which could show you which Equipment Group your truck probably has. Although looking at the Limited trim, I only see a 900A group. I'm guessing Ford decks out the Limited so well there's no point in offering several Equipment Groups for that trim level.
