Your Best Bet Is Get It Back To Where You Had It Fixed And Have Them Scan The Body Control Module For Any Faults. If This Occurred Right After You Got The Truck Back Then It Is Probably Something They Did To It.

The engine was already repaired at the dealership.

Just need some advice about why the anti-theft is being activated for what I can see to be no good reason. I have already tried both of my keys and it made no difference.

Many of the dealers around my area have drop boxes so you can leave your vehicle for repair when they are closed. They provide envelopes to put your keys in and leave a brief description of the problem. They can then contact you when they open and find out what they need to look at.

Why not just go in on monday, and talk to someone so you know they are not going to f somethign up more.

I have to aggree with what was said before, if its happening after you had the head work done, take it back and make them fix it right.

He could go in on Monday morning, but at the dealers near me, it can be difficult with the "rush" of people bringing their cars in for service after the weekend. If you drop it off on Sunday, then you are at the front of the line on Monday. He can still stop by the dealer on Monday, but his car would already be there waiting for him and he wouldn't have to wait in line.
