I went to factory order a new SVT Raptor from my local Ford dealership and was told that I would have to take what was on the lot because they (Ford) did not have any 4x4 vehicles in production because they were short on parts. Is this true or was I just dealing with a stupid and lazy salesman?

 

Sounds like he wants to sell his inventory..

 

For how much you're going to pay for that thing go try another dealership and see what they say

 

The salesman is probably getting an extra bonus to get what is left in inventory off of the lot.
