loss of electrical power while driving

On my way to work this morning I gradually had a loss of electrical power to the point of total loss on my '06 f150. Yet it seemed to start without hesitation before I left. What do you guys think?

Loose or corroded cables or alternator went out. Go to Autozone, they will check it for you, also have them check the battery for charge.
