Default Little help please

My 04 f-150 4x4 Stx on the driver side keeps eating up brake pads and rotors like every 3-4 months, could this be a caliber issue as well or anything other possible any suggestions would be very apperciated

Yes, most likely a sticky or frozen caliper slide pin. Pull the caliper off and lubricate the slide pins with synthetic caliper grease. Make sure you use caliper specific grease, very important. Usually comes in a tube.
