Ill take a more in depth look tomorrow and see what's best. I may be able to get away with the new cooler and just not bypass it if its to much hassle. I was reading that some one had a tranny fail because the tranny and coolant mixed in the radiator.

I have always rerouted my tranny cooler lines to just use a air/oil cooler instead of the radiator cooler. You can get t-stat for the aftermarket cooler as well so you don't run the fluid too cold which wouldn't really do much damage but it would make it shift firm. AN lines and fittings could get costly, yo would be just as well off if you went to a parts store and purchased regular trans cooler hose and used that.
