do you have it in 4wd or do you have a limited slip rear end?

thats when its in 2wd. its an 04 F150 FX4, im not sure if its limited slip or not, but when i put it in 4wd and tried it, it does the same

sounds like you are putting some stress on your driveline parts, which makes them bind when you crank the wheel all the way. The same thing happens when you put a stock height truck in 4wd on blacktop and crank the wheel.

so would that be because of the levelling kit? and if so is there any fix?

Its just you. The lift should not affect the rear axle. I am assuming you are talking about axle hop in the rear. If its a limited slip axle it needs more LS addative.

If its an FX4 it does have a limited slip rear. Pull the back cover off, clean everything with brake clean, reseal and re-install the rear cover. Add a tube of limited slip addative and fill it with synthetic gear oil.

sorry guys its coming out of the front end....everything was installed properlly, my dads a mechanic.....im wondering if it has to do with the alignment cause its not going to the alignment shop until tomorrow

Sounds like the spring is binding. I am a tech too we all make mistakes. I would take the kit off and re-install it.
