It really is personal preference. I tend to agree with Paw Paw as I think the trucks look better leveled, but it is necessary if you have any plans for bigger tires. Otherwise, no reason especially if you plan on towing heavy loads.

That's a nice looking vehicle for sure.

For some reason I like my 2010 XLT SCab the way it is stock so that's how she's gonna stay. Only things I've added are mud flaps and a lo pro cover. When it's time for tires I might go wider but that'll be it.

I have a car that's modded to the point where I don't drive it much anymore so based on that experience I'm leaving the truck alone..lol

Default Levelin Kits

Just bought my 2007 F150 Lariat Supercrew a couple weeks ago and do not like the stock rake. Which leveling kit does everyone like best and do I go with the 2" or 2.5"?

I got a 2011 4x4 that i do plan on the leveling kit to clear bigger tires, but i also do plan on towing a small toy box eventualy so will rear of the truck sage while towing? i am looking at no bigger than a 20ft box and if it does sage will a add-a-leaf stop that? Would i have to put different shocks?

Ok not sure what the tounge weight is or means but the trailer i want info on the web site is UVW (unloaded Vehicle weight) 4,875, Dry Hitch weight 600, Dry axle weight 4,275, NCC (ner carrier capacity) 2,700 and GVWR 7,750. to be honest i dont know anything about trailers yet so any info would be nice.

Well if you just have the regular class IV hitch 600 dry tongue weight is already to much for it. So you will have to get a weight distribution hitch.... It will sag when towing and any weight in trailer is going to make it sag more. You also have a limit of about 1000 pounds or so on total tongue weight, could be 1200 with weight distribution hitch I think. Otherwise you need to get a class v reciever hitch for your truck....

I do have a class V i looked at the specs it can take 11000 or something like that not sure been a couple weeks that i looked into it, i know it was more than what the truck is rated at which is 9100 i think. So i should be good with the class V but with the sage will a add-a-leaf fix that issue?
