LED bulb upgrade and hyperflash dash fix
I would like to fix the hyperflash issue replacing bulbs to led without using those darn hot resistors. I have a 2016 F150 XLT SuperCrew 4x4.
I did the install today and used a 50w 6 ohm resisitor on each side. Everything came out great. The hyperflash was fixed on the outside of truck but the dash indicators are blinking faster now. After reading so many posts some say they fixed it using Forscan and some are saying there is no fix using Forscan.
If there isn't anything else I can do I will live with the hyperflash on the dash. Some have even said using a different rated resistor solves the problem. If anyone has proven results with my same issues I would like hearing how you fixed it.
