Lariat an older mans truck??? I don't think so i have a Lariat and im 27.an fx4 to me is ok but i love the look of a Lariat its more classy looking and it will hold up longer,how long do u think those painted bumpers are gonna last from rock chips before it needs repaintd

Lariat is cheaper but its your choice i meen i have a Lariat and i love it

Go test drive them both, and see which truck is the best for you. I don't think you could go wrong with either personally.

I'm a 24 year old woman that has a Lariat; bought when I was 22. My best friend bought her Lariat when she was 20. And I have people of all ages and both genders come up to me every day to gush over how much they love my truck. Which trim level you get on a truck isn't going to change your age or gender FYI

I just went thru this and got the Lariat...biggest reason was the 4x4AUTO and still keeping the 4LO. I also like the Lariat grill (over the xlt style with much more chrome). I think you would be happy with either but the 4Auto made it a no brainer for me.

Definitely look at both models in similar colors to help with your decision...

I went with the fx4 because I didn't like the wood trim in the lariat. but both trucks are pretty sweet and you can't go wrong with either.
