knocking noise

hello all
I have a knocking noise in my truck F150 - 2006 - V8 3V - mileage 157.000m , but only when engine is worm and at low idle (no noise btw 1200-1500rpm)
Phaser or roller follower ? thanks

Must be a mess with those dead worms 🪱.

Most likely the phasers timing chain. I'm at the same mileage and I'm doing mine soon.
