Is it just me or is the forum getting slow?

Where is everyone? Its not vacation time or anything...

 

I blame it on gas prices.

It does seem slower, I'm wondering where are all the PO171 and 174 codes.

 

We fixed all of them....

Yeah seems we have a group of consistent posters and then the occassional I need help poster.

yea its kinda true maybe everyones truck has stopped havin problems and they cant afford mods to post about lol

 

On the 171 possible causes:

"fuel pressure regulator malfunctioning
fuel filter plugged
fuel pump weak
evap canister purge valve leaking
fuel pressure sensor incorrect reading.

air leaks after the MAF
Vacuum leaks
PCV valve stuck open

exhaust leaks before the oxygen sensors

EGR valve tube/gasket leak
EVR solenoid vacuum leak

174 gives the same possible causes.
Check for a vacuum leak is my suggestion.
Where did u get the air mass meter from?
Secondary air injection damaged or malfunctioning or mechanically stuck valve."

Things tend to slow a little bit at the beginning of summer (mainly in May and June). Our statistics still look good though and people are still coming to the site!
