Seems like it would. I mean i was going to replace the door speakers for $400, so why not just get this, plus the kicker system and then you have one hell of an awesome sound.

Just a thought, i'm in no way an expert on this..lol

Simple enough, according to cruchfield the AudioControl LC7i will allow you to hook up an after market amp or the kicker amp, thus bypassing the sony sound system limitations and still retaining all the sync functions.

At least that is what they say, and i noticed a few other members that did, or are in the process of doing this. As i said i'm no expert, but i sure as heck would love to take full advantage of that kicker system you sell without losing anything.

So as the original posted, his post is pretty awesome, so i just thought i would mention the AudioControl LC7i that might help others wondering what to do with the crappy sony system. Like i said, i just thought i would put this idea out there too.

You have a link to anyone that was trying to wire this LC7i in? Anyone ever successfully install the audio control to bypass the sony and use all of the kicker kit?
