Default Installing kicker soundgate in raptor

Just installed complete kicker soundgate system in 2014 Raptor, first off got my system from Rogel Ford, great price and service, talk to beau helped me figure out the wireing. As of now there isn't an easy way to wire in the kicker amp for the door speakers, but it's worth buying the complete system to get the door speakers, wich are plug and play. Here's how to wire the subwoofer in, run the wires like normal, but since you can't plug into the kicker multi channel amp for the door speakers, simply find two wires in the passenger side door jam, white w/orange stripe and white w/violet stripe, connect the brown wire to the white/orange, and the green wire to the white/violet as pictures here-

Awesome man. Thanks for the review. So for anyone wondering, this is how you wire in the system with a truck with Sony system.

I'm assuming that's just the signal wires for the sub. You still have to wire the power directly to the battery correct? How was the sound after the install. Curious how the Kicker door speakers compare to other aftermarket replacement options.

Correct you still have to run the power wire, but it's not very difficult.
The sound is awesome! Door speakers are way better than the sony's I had. Thought it was going to be difficult going from my last truck that had two kicker CVT 10"s but not at all, plenty of bass.

thanks. I've heard others that just replaced the sub saying it over powers the rest of the stock system so I for sure am going to upgrade the door speakers too. I had considered getting the full package like this but didn't know if it was worth it. Sounds like for an extra $150 over the sub only option that it's a good deal. What are you going to do with the amp? Just try and sell it?

I'm sure it would have overpowered if I hadn't changed them, yea I'll sell the amp or see if someone comes up with a way to wire it in, but honestly not sure how much louder it could get even just with the factor stereo amp.

oh awesome. I thought I still had to tap into the front passenger door speaker, if not then that's awesome.

Is there supposed to be instructions inside? (I don't see any?)

Has anyone made a sticky on this install? I cant seem to find one.

So i am wondering if this will allow you to use that AMP? = AudioControl LC7i ????
Seems like it would. I mean i was going to replace the door speakers for $400, so why not just get this, plus the kicker system and then you have one hell of an awesome sound.

Just a thought, i'm in no way an expert on this..lol
