Yes, I am "new" here. I am not new to the world or using forums. Yes, I know all about RTFM(read the fine manual).
It is not very helpful for knowledgeable users to rant "Use the search function". The search function is only useful IF thread creators use the same terms for the same condition.
The TrailBlazer forum has been one of the best ones I have used for information and knowledgeable users.
The Ford Escort forum was very useful forum and helped me solve a number of issues I had.

I just did an advanced search with "improved brakes" as my arguments in 2015- present forum with 214 hits. These are the titles that were returned as hits to this search. I was surprised that this time I actually got 2 which might be on topic on the first page.

I have updated my profile to contain my truck information. I have found nothing that refers to adding a signature to my posts. Is this a subscribing member feature only?

I replaced my rotors at 60K miles. I bought my truck used w/ 40K miles on it. I am the second owner. When I test drove it, the brakes had feedback of a warped rotor in the pedal and wheel, so the dealer turned the rotors and replaced the pads. 20K miles later they warped again. So after long exhausting searches on this forum (the search engine/function does suck), I ordered new rotors from https://brakeperformance.com. If you really want bigger rotors, its not impossible. You just need to make sure you make the room for them (bigger wheels). You might also need longer lines. Check on replacing the calipers too, I'm not sure how that would work.

I went with the stock size for my truck and for added performance I got dimpled and slotted with the semi-metallic pads.

(too all the know it all's Yes I know when you remove surface area you remove braking surface. However when you run cooler rotors you also have less failure over time. So with a 1/2 ton truck towing very close to max payload, I wanted to do the best I could to stop it should I have a failure of the trailer brakes. Not to mention when I am going down a hill with a descent grade, I can hit the brakes and be confident that I will not have an problems with warping my rotors because they got too hot.

Power stop tow/haul kit. Been on for about 2 years, no issues, a ton less brake dust, and stop better.

The other way to get to "better" is to describe what's "wrong" with the current setup. Then it becomes a problem-solving exercise, more easily focused.

In general I have found replacing with OEM parts is not the best bang for the buck. That said, for the same or less dollars, can I get longer life, better braking power, and less dust? I believe this answer is yes. I know there are users on here who have found these parts and I would like to review their posts.

I have a helpful suggestion when searching certain terms, such as brakes.

Rather than search brakes, search a product brand that is likely to come up in threads discussing what you want to learn. This thread has one, which is Wilwood. Do an Advanced Search for the term Wilwood, and then select "2015 - Present Ford F150" in the Search in Forum(s) box. The results will be much more interesting, useful, and helpful to you....

Sorry, I call BS.

As I posted earlier, searching "improved brakes" gave me this result 2 minutes ago. First 2 pages of results. Far from what you posted that you got. Makes me wonder what you want.

Stop being a dick. I just did what you said for my 2011 and didn't get one thing that had to do with brakes.
