You guys should test drive a dodge off road,,, it bounces around so violently and in 4x4 the torque steer would rip your arms off IF you could hold on to the steering wheel!
What about the bent frame issues on the older dodge trucks? What did dodge do to beef up the frames? Looks like the same frame to me!

What truck would I pick? I already did pick the right truck: Toyota Tacoma
my second choice would be the Chevy Siverado only because it gets the best gas mileage
never never want to own the Toyota Tundra cause the V8 uses a timing belt and any V8 engine is just too powerfull for a timing belt and when it breaks it ruins the engine.(why does the smaller V6 use a chain and the V8 uses a belt?)
The Nissan Titan has the most engine power, its a race car with a truck bed,,, but it gets the WORST gas mileage of 13MPG
I am soooo cool
I can't believe anyone would take time to read your

Wait, I uh, oh well.....

Have you ever driven a dodge? It's a fine truck and gives the ford a run for their money. It's my #2. Plus the cummins engine is easily the most reliable and proven diesel out there and nobody can argue that.

Did you know your Tacoma is a corolla with a truck bed?

Did you know that the Titan has the least amount of engine power and is one of the slowest trucks out there? My Chevy silverado got 12 mpg on a good day...

Here's my truck after a long, hilly highway trip: Attachment 200977
(10L/100km is about 22 mpg in case you can't comprehend the imperial units)

I sure hope you are trolling. Back on topic, my #2 would be the 13 Ram sport crew cab..no more GM crap.
I agree with you on everything but the dodge, I have never owned a Dodge personally, but my dad has owned 2 rams. They both were pieces of crap. IMO they are the most unreliable trucks on the market (gas not diesel, Cummins is good I wish they put them in a better quality truck.) Both of them had multiple mechanical issues before 60,000 miles. Ever since then he has gone to Ford and never turned back.

And then you could tell them that you are there because you're looking at a tacoma but never going to buy one. Hmmm sounds familiar....

Each manufacturer does testing and gives it to the EPA. Then the EPA will test some but not all vehicles.

The 6.7 Cummins is not proven, the 5.9 is since the 6.7 is still new. In pickups one can argue that a Cummins is reliable but I wouldn't call it the most reliable just yet.

My #2 would be one of the 14 GMCs, granted that's if they turn around and get better quality. Otherwise, it would be a Dodge, even if they haven't proven their reliability yet.

Okay.

Took my Dodge off road plenty and didn't have any of those issues. That's why some us chose the Dodge. I had plenty of Chevy's too with no issues, and many Jeeps of course! But never wanted a Japanese truck (only because I can't fit into the Tacoma very well and I don't like the Tundras, and had bad luck with Nissan).

But since I am allowed to buy Fords, that is my first pick.

I just have to say the tundra V8 uses a timing belt since it is non interference engine. So if the belt breaks the engine does not get ruined. The V6 gets a chain because it uses an interference engine. So if the timing chain breaks then you will ruin your engine.
