Default How to remove rear ABS sensor?

I disconnected it, but cannot figure out how to get the L shaped piece out. It is cold and I don't want to snap anything. I took out the 11 mm bolt behind it, but that didn't do anything. I checked the resistance, it was 1750 ohms, that's good right? I'm not sure if I'll be able to check it with the tires spinning. No ABS light on, but the ABS is kicking in at every stop. The wiring in front looks Ok. How do you test those? 2000 F-150 4WD Lariat

check the gaps at your front sensors. look for a loose sensor or a missing tooth.
