Need help on how to remove the hub and rotor on a 1987 F150 4x4 with manual lockouts. The rotor seems to be rusted or jammed solid. Buddy didn't tighten lugs and tire fell off and truck fell hard on road. Ouch! Need help

 

Hub and rotor is one piece. Remove manual locking hub, inside you will find the spindle nut that retains the rotor assy.
