Default How to fix it

So now that my truck is lifted and runs fine, how do I get back some of my MPG lost. I have lost a considerable amount of miles per gallon and I want them back

Intake, Tuner and an exhaust system but you won't get it all back. Just a little bit.

Everything listed will help, but as Triton said, you're not going to get them all back. I have lost about 3 mpg's since adding my lift and 35's and that's with everything listed with the exception of new gears. I checked on a set of 4.10's last week and was told $900 fully installed. I may just start saving and go with a set of 4.56's at some point in the future.
