Will I need to have anything else done besides an alignment?
Just an alignment, I guess part of my post was to show some of the different sizes possible in regards to how you want to do the width and height, Only thing I found in the 295-65-18 were the Goodyear Wranglers. You can find some KO2's in 285-65-18. They would be an excellent fit and look.

Alright awesome! Thanks. What’s your opinion on spacers? The other guy said it’s not a good. Did some research and some people swear by them and some people say it’s the worst thing you can do. Leaning towards not putting them on, but I do like the offset look.

edit: same size Falken At3w’s would fit as well right? Didn’t realize the BFG’s were so expensive.

Edit 2: Whats the real difference between 285/65/18 and 275/70/18?

Calculating tire size is easy ,
A 285/65-18 is :
285 mm section width (at the widest point)
has a section height equal to 65% its section width
uses an 18" rim. So.....
you multiply 285 by (2x).65 -- we're looking for diameter, not radius -- 285x1.3= 370.5
now divide 370.5 by 25.4 (mm per inch) and you get 14.58"
now add 18" for a theoretical diameter of 32.58"

Well, the idea was to be one of those "teach a man to fish" things. I don't know if that reference is too dated, but if one understands the methodology it can easily be tabulated on a calculator. I'm one of those luddites who can actually function without wifi.
