Default HELP. Lots of warning lights

I was trying to install some subs in 2018 stx supercab and after fighting through the firewall, got all my wire ran, tapped in audio in back speakers, i cut everything on and i get a ton of warning lights on my dash. Parking brake, the lightning symbol with a circle around it, abs, traction control, and 4x4 keeps popping up. Was wondering if i had knocked loose some harness near that firewall and was wondering if anyone could point me in the direction to start solving this problem or even a diagram for the wires. or even if there is a specific harness i knocked loose trying to do all this. Thank you.

Please explain "fighting through the firewall". I assume you had the battery unhooked since you were working on electrical wiring and components?

I meant trying to get my clothes hanger through the hole in the passenger side boot that goes from engine bay to the inside of the truck. which i did but it certainly was not easy due to everything being in the way

I would focus on where you went through the firewall. Does the truck start up okay?

Yes everything works fine other than all of the warning lights. I looked through everything that i could see from taking off the glove box but i couldnt find anything loose or out of the ordinary. I cant see the boot or anything near it due to everything being in the way.

Check for stored DTCs. Did you disconnect any components while installing your speaker/power wires that you may have forgotten to plug back in? I used the grommet in the driver side and its easy peasy lemon squeezy and so easy to reach.

first, what did you do up by the battery? make sure everything is reconnected and nothing is inadvertently isolated by extra lugs etc you may have added ... secondly, if you pushed a metal coathanger end through a tight bundle of wires its possible it stripped the insulation off of some and shorted them .. you may have to disassemble panels etc to give yourself enough access and use a strong flashlight and something to pry around with to inspect everything ..
