THANKS FOR ALL THE INPUT,I ALSO DON,T KNOW WHY SOMEONE ELSE HASN,T HAD THIS PROBLEM. According to the schematic you showed me the blue and yellow hoses go to the actuator motor that I believe is my problem. It is just above my right foot and to the right and the rod that moves is pointed up. The chart at the top of the schematic says that the yellow and blue hoses should have vacuum in the floor mode. I pulled the hoses off the motor and appear to have no vacuum on each hose separately but have a stromg vacuum if I cover both at same time.I don,t understand this and first thought that the end in the hoses might have a leak inside it but doesn,t make sense to me

Sorry about the capital letters, I wasn,t yelling, my capitals were locked. I finally found the door that is not operating. It is the number 20 actuator[panel/floor] in the schematic. I can reach far enough down the vent to the left of the radio and can barely feel it and it never moves but I can;t move it enough to close it to check if air comes out the floor. Are there any posts that anyone knows of that address removing this actuator and what happens if I take the two screws out that hold it on, such as will it even come out without taking something loose inside first?
