Have some questoins.
Im new here and i have some questions.
I have a 2000, f-150 xlt with the 4.2l v6. Its 2wd and a standard transmission.
Im looking to buy one of those chips to increase gas mileage and maybe a little horse power. Im really just looking at anything that will increase my gas mileage.
Im not to good with the engine work but i can do basic things change oil brakes, etc.
If yall could give me a link to a good chip. And other item that will increase my mpg that would be great.

I'm in the same boat you are. I would like some extra horsepower, but i really just want the gas mileage to go up. I've heard that Hypertech makes some pretty good chips for trucks but they can get pretty pricey. If you hear of anything thats worth a dang, let me know
