Default Great forum !!

I just wanna say thank you to everyone on here and the people running it . I've learned a ton of stuff from you guys . I didn't realize how good this forum was until I picked up a ford exploder to use in the winter ( to help keep some salt and miles off old red ) ... I've been on the explorer forum and most posts are lucky to have 2 responses and rarely does anyone report back when they solve a problem.

Welcome to the forum. Hide your wallet by the way so many good ideas to spend some money on to bling your truck. Part of the success of this forum is the popularity of the F150.

I too agree, the F150 forum has a ton of knowledge with all of it's members and appears to be well moderated. KUDOS to the moderators and all members as well.

Appreciate the feedback! The forum is always a constantly evolving, changing place and we on staff def try to make sure it is as useful and fun to use as possible for our members.

And yes, Azuri hit it nail on the head, we are good at helping folks spend hard earned money from seeing all the mods you can do to your truck from examples of other members. "runs off to go buy more shiny parts for the truck"

I agree that this forum is great, with so many members getting replies to questions is very fast and most threads remain on topic and mature so long as nobody gets the Eco vs. 5.0 thing started.

Explorer forum? I would imagine that SUV buyers aren't nearly as concerned about their vehicle as a pickup truck owner so that along with a fraction of Explorers vs. F-150's on the road/sold would explain the lack of traffic on their forum.

Oh so correct. I try not to open these anymore Russ. When I see "should I get the EB or the 5.0" I move right along.

I love this forum too. I spend a lot of time in off-topic and with the diverse array of people, there's never a dull moment whether it be positive or negative.

Very true.. after doing a little more research on this explorer it seams most of the 3rd generation with the v6 4.0 end up in the junk yard do to timing chain issues that require pulling the motor to fix . I bought it as a beater tho so I'll drive it until it explodes and try to not put to much money in it ( so I can spend that money on the f150 )
