Default Front suspension squeak

I have a 2014 150 5.0L with a set of Bilatein 5100 shocks set at 1.75” setting. Recently my truck has been making a squeaking noise when hitting gradual bumps in the road and sounds like it’s coming from the front drivers side. It honestly sounds like it could be a bad bushing or maybe my coils are bad. Truck only has 29,000 on it so not sure what it could be. Just had the sway bar links and bushing replaced and is still making the noise. Anyone know what this could be??

Use silicone spray to coat and lub' EVERY bushing, grommet, pivot point, etc. of the ALL steering and suspension components - sway bar, control arms, shock absorbers, spring perches, ball joints, steering shaft, etc., etc., etc..
