Default Front end noise

I have a 2002 with a popping noise passenger side front this happens when backing out of the driveway turning the wheels sharp and rolling thru the gutter.
I have replaced the upper control arms both side, new tires, and other parts all checked with an alignment.
Lower ball joints are original with no play when I checked them, truck has over 300,000 miles any help will be appreciated.

I'm having a similar issue in my 07, and I've found a couple guys with the same issue with my year range. I replaced the sway bar end links hoping it would help, it didn't. Might be worth trying in your case if they haven't ever been replaced.

Hmmm... My other thoughts are:
1. Wheel bearings
2. Could be your shocks if it does it over bumps as well
