to me your ball joint angle looks pretty extreme. And gonna wear very fast. Might be to much lift or you have another weird problem we cant see.
but between those ball joint angles and making contact with the spring id probably pull the strutts for now if it was my truck... before your front end wanders and groans like a 2nd gen ram
