What happens when you enter the VIN here (after clicking the VIN tab above the input fields)? https://parts.ford.com/
What about here? https://www.kbb.com/whats-my-car-worth/
What if you put your license plate in there? Does it come up with your truck?
The only thing I can imagine causing them to say the VIN is invalid would be if you're using the wrong characters when entering it. The letters i, o, & q are NOT USED because they're easily confused with numerals. U is not used in the year position, but it CAN be used in other positions. This page explains how the VIN is formatted, and how to decode most of it:

It also includes a link to the Wikipedia page that explains how to calculate the check digit (which is complex & confusing).

So were you using the right VIN, or did you have a few digits wrong?

I don't think I would trust a third party site to produce a legitimate window sticker.
I would look on the differential cover for a tag and figure out how to decipher it.
Does the vin on the door tag match the vin under the windshield? Something sounds screwy.

It's possible that there was a mistake made when your VIN was recorded or entered into the Ford database. It's also possible that your vehicle has undergone modifications or upgrades that have not been properly recorded. In either case, you may want to try contacting Ford customer support again and providing them with more detailed information about your vehicle, including the specific engine type, transmission, and other relevant features.
You can also check your owner's manual or the sticker on the driver's side door jamb for additional information about your vehicle's towing capacity and recommended weight limits. It's important to ensure that your vehicle is capable of safely towing the weight of your camper trailer, as overloading or exceeding your vehicle's towing capacity can lead to dangerous driving conditions and potential accidents.

The information on the door are codes. This means you have to check the code to get the proper value. I'm guessing you used a site that had an incorrect code/value or outdated one.
