Exclamation First Post 2001 F-150 4.6l

I had a helicoil fail on me after a few years on my daily driver.

Can i redrill and put the same size helicoil in?

if not

What are my options?

What component are you asking about? Is it a spark plug hole that has stripped?

Welcome.
If the helicoil can be removed, a new one the same size can be reinstalled. Am unsure why you would have to use a drill ??

The plug to the helicoil, Helicoil to head is fine but was cold welded to the head
