No bolts... just some screws in 4 inside corners into the bed floor. Just really need to keep it from shifting around. Held up good.

 

I'd suggest finding some stainless steel hex head screws. Not too small. But at least then you can always back them out from inside the box if you wanted to remove it for some reason. no sense crawling around underneath with nuts and washers if you don't need to.
