Default F150 headlights

Does anyone know if f150 headlights are compatible with 2005 Lincoln Navigators? I’ve herd they are but I don’t really know

Per Tasca, they are not compatible. F-150 headlamps of the same year are only compatible with Lincoln Mark LT pickups.

Grab a cheapo set off scAmazon, try them out, if they don't fit, send them back. Or go grab one from a junk yard. Or image search pictures of both to compare mounting points and such.

Op needs to clarify what they mean by headlights, the housing/lens, or the bulbs.

These vague questions are like trying to compare a banana to an eggplant.
