Has anyone else heard about the F-150 Raptor? I read that it was going to be produced for the 2010 model year.

Has the gas prices killed this or delayed it in any way? Anyone heard?

It sounded like a BAD *** truck, Huge Horsepower & Torque.

Ford seems to be shifting to a smaller f100 and ranger line up. Although a raptor With big power in a mid-size f100 would really haul *****.

Source recently have stated the F100 is dead for the time being. The new Ranger if produced (also thinking of cancelling or at least delaying) will be based off the Aussie version.

I'd like to see the Raptor, but with the 6.2L Boss dead in the F150, we may not see it until the new 5.0L is released. Around 2011/2012 at the earliest.
