I have had my eco boost for a year now and have just over 12,000 miles on it. My daily drive to work is 24 miles round trip. This is probably 85% of the miles on the truck. I have not taken any long trips with the truck as of yet. My fuel mileage average for the year according to the trip meter on the truck is 18.2mpg.

In Southern California you are only going to get 17-18 on the freeway, driving with the flow of traffic. I think it is a combination of bad gas, hills and freeway speeds.
I've had my truck since March and have about 12,500 miles and my lifetime average is 14.4
FX4 stock tires and 3.73

Yes..I'd like to know about these SCT Tune's as well. How much are they? Who installs them? Does it void the warranty? I have a 2013 EB on order and would like to know these things as well.

12 Lariat EB, 3.73 ratio milage
My just rolled in 2000 km (in Canada), still the readout shows 15.2L/100km. That's just 16.4 mpg city/highway combined. Significant lower than what I have seen here. Not sure if it is normal though?

My 2012 Ecoboost Screw 3.55 gears, 6.5 bed all stock has a life time average of 19.1 mpg for 25000 miles. I do make a lot of long trips which I can average 20 mpg.
I noticed a drop in mileage lately so I checked the tire pressure. It was down to 34 pounds. Seems my dealer when doing service always puts the tires at the recommended pressure instead of the maximum that I had in it. Put the tires back up to 40 pounds and my mileage increased back to where it was earlier.

I cannot seem to get more than 16mpg on my 2012 Ecoboost 3.5 and I drive about 40-50 miles everyday while the majority of the commute is highway where I'm driving around 65-70? I don't know what the issue is but I thought I would get better EPA.

I am the same with mine. I realize mine is the heaviest F150 made, except maybe the raptor. I also drive 80 on the highways. The truck is sensitive to driving habits and the particular model you have. I also will admit to enjoying the occasional launch from a stop light. Still a bit disappointed in mileage but not disappointed in the motor performance. Though it does sound like a Camry sitting there at idle.....
