Engine heater ???

A block heater is not made to heat up the coolant. It is to keep the oil in the block warm for easier cold starts. If you want the truck warm when you get in, I suggest getting a remote starter.

Thanks. Like I said, it was my first time with an engine heater. I was thinking one thing but saw something else. I thought that my engine coolant would be warm enough that when I started it up I would have at least warm air coming throu. Now I realize that it warms it enough to keep things fluid.
