I can only guess what the OP is griping about because I can't read his post.

 

Here's some more pics of it, I only get it sometimes, and i use Firefox, and I've had it pop up using safari on a mac.
You can see it block the "General F150 Discussion" tab, making it hard to navigate, and
i also caught it later when the sight was down....lol

Can someone hover their cursor over the ad and copy the URL that comes up? This is what's needed to trace this.
