Driving with tail gate down

i sure am glad i dont want to go to cali. here in ky you can do whatever you want, no emission testing, no loud muffler crap, and no tailgate thing, even if there was cops around here dont give 2 ****s and a holler cause thats very petty and low for policing and i know b/c i no many police officers who feel the same why and after i get done with college i plan to attend the state police acadmey. we do have the seat belt rule here and its been in affect for like a year and i still drive by cops with the window down and no seat belt so does like 75%+ of everybody else.. i've done ride-alongs with cops and some of them wont wear one. outside the city here in louisville its very common to see people riding atvs on the streets and to the store ands cops just wave to ya. several family members of mine who live in smaller less populated counties can have huge bond fires and shoot guns in their front yard. and nobody cares!

yeah yall just come on over we have plenty of land here! although we aint got much to offer, other then kfc, derby, lots of deer huting and fishing, 4 wheelin and tons of wal-marts lol. it keeps me hangin around
