I been meaning to do this........i have this bump in mine although it comes and goes in intensity.

For those looking, the "updated" means that Ford has changed the lubricant in the kit to a white lubricant, from the original blue. The process is the same.

My '77 does that bump deal, has a grease fitting, I just add grease every few years.
