Does it come off?
its a pain to clean them back to looking new once they get that dirty. i've had luck using hot water and dawn dish soap and that got a lot of it off. a armor all wipe o anything like that isn't gonna work. be sure to ring the rag or towel out well before you start wiping the door panel

Remove the panel from the door & wash it. I use the same stuff as on just about everything else:

do not spray your door panels with a hose. that WILL take some of the color out of it i've seen it happen.
if you were to do that, you would want to take the panel off so that you don't soak the buttons and wires for your power windows and locks. like i said use dawn soap and hot water and rag or towel

Do you get in the shower with your clothes on? Do you drive through the car wash with the windows down & doors open? Do you put pots full of food into the dishwasher?
Even if you really want to wash the wiring & switches, and NOT get the backside of each part clean (inside the door is dirtier than what you can see), washing isn't the main reason for taking the panels off - DRYING is. Or do you like breathing mold, mildew, & fungus? But while it's apart, you'll find a LOT MORE to wash than if you leave it assembled.
IDK why you think the water coming out of a hose has different properties than the water you put on your rag, but no; water doesn't take color out of molded plastic. Not even at high pressure. The only color it'll take out is some of the dirt stains.
