I ordered my f150 on July 17th and it was built on Aug 17th. It has been sitting on a lot in Kansas City since then. I am not getting any answers on when it will ship. Has anyone else had a problem with getting there truck? Ford customer service has been to help at all.

 

Best bet is to push the dealer since the sale is not final yet. Ford CS will do you any good.

 

I was in the same boat as you mybluetoy. Mine on July 20th, done on August 18th, been in KC. My Regional Rep said it was due to the side airbag recall, and should be shipping out in 9-10 days from today. Hope yours is in the same boat.
