Default 2017 max boost

I have a 2017 EcoBoost 3.5 and according to the Torque Pro app in sport mode I'm only making 14 pounds of boost does that sound right I thought they were more 16 towards 18 lb but the truck does fly it does run good but I thought it was supposed to make a lot more boost than that

The computer will allow a few seconds of overboost.

I think the system is demand based and will generate x amount of boost to reach the 'targets' in the program, so under some conditions it may demand less boost.

It could vary depending on which octane fuel you're running.
