Default The Dealership

The Dealership had my 21 F150 for 18 days!!!
I allowed an OTA to come thru (silly me, right) and the next morning all my lights on the dash are on....
Front Collision, Adaptive Cruise, Lane Assist....
Nothing worked!!!
First, they tell me 199 an hour for diagnostics...after couple curses, loud threats and a call to the Ford engineers, I got them to let me drop it off...
No calls, no info unless I went there...
Finally, a call telling me that bcuz of prior Forscan programming they won't repair the camera system, and the OTA wasn't at fault...
I call BS...
I had returned all As Built before I dropped it, leaving only the easy side changes like DRL usage, and blinkers...maybe a few other minor things. .
oh, and for 2k i can get a new forward camera and programming
Has anybody else had an issue like this???
I have to drive from Florida to jersey in 2 weeks and lane assist is necessary so I can sleep

Ha!

Also, curses and threats are going to do you more harm than good if you want a dealer to help you out. Just an FYI.

They can tell everything you did with Forscan, even if you changed it back. They can see that too. They could probably tell the last time you passed gas.
