We will most likely see a drop in MPG when that happens.

We're on E-10 yearlong (used to be seasonal about 5 years ago from November until April)
We haven't changed to E-15 here

Minnesota will increase thier ethanol content to a MINIMUM of 15% as of September 1st, 2015-the law was passed over a year ago. Back to the MPG question- I'm not defending the dealer, or Ford but, It takes x-amount of BTUs to accelerate x-mass @ x-air density to x- volocity. NOTHING you can do will ever change that while you live on this planet. Period. My new FX4 5.0 gets about 13.5 in suburban driving- just what I thought a 3 ton 4x4 would get. Why do you think Ford is bring out a popcan pickup? answer: to LOWER THE MASS- thereby changing the required BTUs(fuel mileage). Hair dryers on tiny engines only increase fuel mileage when the truck is empty' at a steady speed, and not facing a headwind. Period. BTW, in a former life I was a Ford Tech., and I used to have to listen to people(always guys) whine about lack of MPGs. I would always ask: did you research real world fuel mileage B4 you bought your truck? They would mumble something about asking thier "expert friend", and that was all I needed to hear. If you want a fuel effcient truck, buy a 2015 Colorado with the 4 cyl duramax- that will set the bar for pickup truck fuel mileage. The only problem is you can't haul anything. There is no such thing as having your cake and eating too. Sorry!

Actually if you want your cake and eat it to .. your right get a diesel.. but not teh 4cyl..hehe.. My 95 F250 got way better fuel econ than my 97 F150 and i could even tow a load with it.. only reason i got rid of it was cost of repairs i knew it was going to need glow plugs and injectors soon as well as some front end work.
