Default Complete Loss of Power

Driving down the street, ABS light pops on, then emergency brake light, all guages then go dead, lights get dim or go out. Vehicle still runs of course until you shut it off then it has a completely drained battery.
So, I buy a brand bew battery, 2 days later, same thing. I replaced a coil over a month ago on #6. Don't know if an issue there would cause such a drastic discharge of the battery?
What could cause such a missive imediate drain?

Thanks All
Yukon

Check to make sure your alternator is charging the battery.

I will check that tomorrow, just shocked it would drain the battery that quick. Truck started fine, lights and guages all working, then seemed immediately dump after driving for 10 minutes.
Thanks Sean
