Ha I could use those cards every single time I go to the city. I get a bad case of road rage being around that many ****ty drivers. I'm used to the country where pretty well everybody has been driving around since they were old enough to see over the wheel.

I want to get a big electric sign that I can write stuff on, like turn on your lights, or use your damn turn signal. I guess that's part of life.

goneFXcrazy I want horn blasters mounted under my truck and a cell phone jammer, so when people are running 75 - 80 mph, then all of sudden slow down to 55 or 60, then you pass them and they are on the phone. I hate it. I don't see why people have to slow down when talking. Your foot does not operate your mouth...LOL

You know how they have the carpool lane? There needs to be a "cell phone lane" with steel barriers surrounding it. That way when they go up in a blaze of fire, it doesn't bother the rest of us. Wonder when the hands free laws will make their way to GA/SC. Hopefully soon.

Just cause you can't walk and chew gum at the same time, or drive and talk on the phone, doesn't mean the rest of us can't. Granted there are those that can't but it shouldn't be illegal just because some dumb asses can't do it. By that logic everything would be illegal! Slow your haterade sipping, lol!

Now I'm not one of those make everything illegal, ban guns, ban alcohol!!! type of people. I just think that the average driver could pay a little more attention. And cell phones aren't the problem, it's the idiots out there that can't drive. And don't tell me it's fine because they are only hurting themselves. I've had too many friends hurt by dumbass drivers... Handsfree makes it at least a little safer, got a better idea?

You're right, the cell phone isn't the problem, the driver is the problem. Making taking on the phone illegal will change nothing but filling the coffers of the man! Those idiots will still crash cause they are eating a big Mac or putting on makeup or got distracted by a bird flying by.

Yes, go back to when there were more input from the driver to maintain control. As much as I love my electronic gizmos, there are way too many in cars to district drivers.

Or

Do like Europe and make the standard for getting a license more stringent to obtain. It is both time consuming and expensive and there is more care taken. Raise the driving age to 18.

Or require testing for seniors, not sure of an age and yes it will be a pain when I reach that age but it will probably benefit the public way more.

No. Farmers need their kids to drive and people in rural areas have to drive. I started driving solo when I was like 6, haha! We can get ours at 14 here, I think city kids have to wait til 16.
