On my 05 with 4.88 gears I will be doing

XTREME ENERGY STAGE IV Camshafts
RPM OPERATING RANGE=1500 to 6200

With a Transmission Control Unit so I can change my shift points to keep the RPM's up.

Hi.

If that's the case, skip the cams and go right to a twinscrew blower.

Cams are going to kill yer low-end grunt. So - around town a Prius will be able to suck yer headlight out .

Keep yours stock, and while your buddy is trying to get his to run, you'll kick his butt, then after he spends enough money on programming and dyno tuning you'll have a bunch of extra cash. These aren't 60's or 70's carbed small blocks where the factory cams, heads, air cleaners, point distributors and exhaust manifolds were dismal, and any change would pick you up something. If you just throw a cam in there, your computer won't know what to do......
